You didn’t uninstall it, you just removed it from the screen. Just press and hold on your home screen and select Add Widget, and the clock is the HTC Clock. Then simply chose which style you want.

This is the wrong spot for your question but a quick glance in your owners manual will show you how to add/remove widgets and apps from the homescreen.

pretty and hold your finger when in main screen, a popup comes up you can add clocks widgets.
